Outlook Introduction and usage
In this training, whenever I indicate that you need to click the mouse, it will mean to click the left mouse button – unless I indicate that you should click the right mouse button. So, always “click left” unless I tell you otherwise.

Introduction to Outlook Toolbar
In this image you see a standard outlook toolbar, we will use these option time to time as per our requirement.
Create a new mail message
To send an e-mail message
On the toolbar, click the Create Mail button.
In the To or Cc boxes (see white box in front of To), type the e-mail name of each recipient, separating names with a comma or a semicolon ( ; ).
In the Subject box, type a message title.
Type your message, and then click Send on the toolbar.
Notes
If you are composing a message offline, your message will be saved in the Outbox. It will be sent automatically when you go back online.
To save a draft of your message to work on later, on the File menu, click Save.
To read your messages
After Outlook Express downloads your messages, or after you click the Send/Recv button on the toolbar, you can read messages either in a separate window or in the preview pane.
Click the Inbox icon on either the Outlook bar or the Folders list.
To view the message in the preview pane, click the message in the message list.
To view the message in a separate window, double-click the message in the message list.

To reply/reply all/forward messages
Don’t close the message window if you want to reply, reply all or forward this email message just click one of the available option from the Toolbar which shows as
If you click reply it mean that you want to send an email to the same address you received this email. Reply all with include the address in Cc options. Forward will allow you to send the same email to a new email address.
